The
report can then be emailed or mailed to you or you can
visit our office.
You must submit the hard paper copy of the NUANS®
report along with your proposed Articles of Incorporation to register your company
in person. A
NUANS®
report is required to file Articles of Amendment to change a company's name
or to file Articles of Revival.
It is also a good idea to
order a NUANS report before registering a sole
proprietorship or partnership to ensure that there will
be no conflict with existing trademarks or Federal
corporations which do NOT appear on the ONBIS provincial
search.
